Exchange Policy – Pak Trove

At Pak Trove, we do not offer returns or refunds. We offer exchange only on eligible items.

Exchange Conditions:

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Exchange is only applicable for damaged or incorrect items received

How to Request an Exchange: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Items purchased on sale or promotion
